DKeX (Railbird Exchange)

DKeX is DraftKings' CFTC-regulated exchange for event contracts and the exchange behind the DraftKings Predictions product. The registered entity is Railbird Exchange, LLC, which the CFTC designated a contract market in June 2025. DraftKings acquired Railbird in October 2025 and launched DKeX on Railbird's designation in June 2026.
