ProphetX is a CFTC-regulated exchange for sports event contracts, where traders take opposite sides of a matchup against each other on an order book. ProphetX LLC was registered as a derivatives clearing organization on June 10, 2026 and designated a contract market on June 11, 2026, so it lists, clears and settles its own contracts.
