CFTC-regulated exchange

A CFTC-regulated exchange is a prediction market authorized and supervised by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Kalshi, Polymarket US, Rothera, DKeX, ProphetX, UDX, Novig (through Ludlow Exchange) and CDNA all operate as CFTC-regulated exchanges, which distinguishes them from offshore or purely on-chain platforms and subjects them to U.S. market oversight.
