Overview

The New Mexico Attorney General (Raúl Torrez) sued Kalshi separately (state complaint filed June 4, 2026; removed to federal court June 8) over unlicensed sports event contracts — the state-enforcement track that runs alongside the tribes’ IGRA suit and the CFTC’s suit against the state.
