Rothera
Rothera is a CFTC-regulated exchange and clearinghouse for event contracts, 90% owned by a joint venture of Robinhood and Susquehanna International Group, with MIAX retaining 10%. The registered entity, Rothera Exchange and Clearing LLC, holds both a designated contract market and a derivatives clearing organization registration, carried over from its earlier identities as LedgerX, FTX US Derivatives and MIAXdx.
