Overview
Connecticut’s own enforcement action against Kalshi. The state filed it in Hartford Superior Court (No. HHD-CV26-6230345-S) with a September 15, 2026 return date, and Kalshi removed it to the District of Connecticut on August 26, 2026. It is the sequel to the state’s December 2025 cease-and-desist, which went to three platforms — Kalshi, Robinhood and Crypto.com — not to Kalshi alone.
Connecticut is now the most crowded single-state docket on this tracker: the state is suing Kalshi here; Kalshi is separately suing the state’s consumer-protection regulators and lost its injunction in August; and the United States and the CFTC are suing Connecticut to block enforcement outright. No ruling has issued in this action.
