Ludlow Exchange, LLC is the CFTC-designated contract market behind the Novig prediction exchange, designated in June 2026. Novig is the consumer brand and Ludlow the registered entity, so the CFTC's registry, the exchange rulebook and contract certifications carry the Ludlow name. The distinction matters when matching regulatory filings to the platform people actually use.
